Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bos717 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. Misuse of bonus offers may result in account termination.
Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. Bank account names must match the registered account holder name exactly.
Any form of collusion, arbitrage exploitation, use of automated betting software, or manipulation of games is strictly prohibited. bos717 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where foul play is detected.

To register an account with bos717, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account on bos717 at any time. It is strictly prohibited to open, operate, or benefit from multiple accounts, whether under your own name, an alias, or through another person's credentials.
Where bos717 detects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein. This policy applies regardless of whether the duplicate accounts were created intentionally or in error.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bos717 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials adequately.
You agree to notify bos717 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
All accounts on bos717 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No other currency is supported. Currency conversion is not offered.
bos717 is committed to maintaining a secure and responsible gaming environment. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. bos717 may also request KYC documentation at any point during a Member's account lifecycle.
Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
bos717 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents during WIB business hours. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may take longer. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete.
If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request, bos717 reserves the right to restrict account access, suspend withdrawal facilities, and ultimately close the account, returning verified deposited funds to the original payment method where possible.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bos717 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where bos717 identifies a deposit originating from a third-party source, we reserve the right to freeze the funds and return them to the originating account.
bos717 does not impose maximum deposit limits on standard accounts. However, Members may set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Requests to reduce deposit limits are processed immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
bos717 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Member.
Withdrawals are only available to Members who have successfully completed KYC verification (as outlined in Clause 4) and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals must be made to a verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bos717 account holder.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction for verified accounts in good standing. High-value withdrawals (above Rp 50.000.000) may be subject to additional security checks.
bos717 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
Requests submitted outside WIB operating hours (23:00–07:00 WIB) will be processed on the following business day. Weekends and Indonesian public holidays may result in extended processing times for bank withdrawals.
Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
Attempts to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
bos717 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may deduct their own transaction fees from the transferred amount. Such fees are beyond bos717's control and are the responsibility of the Member.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts that deposit and immediately request withdrawal without placing any bets may be flagged for review and subject to account closure.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by bos717 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms in the case of any conflict.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification, have made at least one successful deposit, and whose accounts are in good standing. One bonus per Member, per household, per IP address, per payment method is the standard limit unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus total, unless otherwise stated.

bos717 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to:
Where bonus abuse is detected, bos717 reserves the right to void all bonuses, confiscate winnings, and permanently close the associated account(s).
When playing with bonus funds, a maximum bet limit of Rp 50.000 per bet applies unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page. Bets placed above this limit while bonus wagering requirements are active may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
All bets placed on bos717 are final once confirmed. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that all bet details (stake amount, selection, odds, market type) are correct before confirming the bet. bos717 will not cancel or amend bets at the request of the Member except in cases where there is clear evidence of a technical error on the platform's side.
bos717 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake on any market without providing a reason. Where a bet is refused, the stake will be returned to the Member's account immediately.
bos717 will settle all bets as soon as official results are confirmed. For football matches, settlement is based on the result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus any injury time added by the referee) unless the specific market states that extra time or penalty shootouts are included.
Where bos717 settles a bet in error, we reserve the right to correct the settlement at any time, even after the event has concluded and winnings have been paid. Where an incorrect settlement results in funds being withdrawn, bos717 reserves the right to deduct the incorrectly awarded amount from the Member's future balance.
Bets will be declared void and stakes returned in the following circumstances:
During live (in-play) betting, odds and market availability change rapidly. Where there is a significant delay in communications (caused by broadcast lag, network issues, or other technical factors), bets may be placed on outcomes that have already been determined. bos717 reserves the right to void such "late bets" where they provide an unfair advantage to the Member.
Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the bos717 platform:
Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
All content on the bos717 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of bos717 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the bos717 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network issues, or force majeure events may result in service disruptions. bos717 accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.
bos717 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that odds, results, and account balances displayed on the platform are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Where an obvious error is identified, bos717 reserves the right to correct it, even if this means voiding bets or adjusting balances retrospectively.
The bos717 platform may include links to third-party websites, game providers, or payment processors. bos717 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
In no event shall bos717's total liability to any Member, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their bos717 account during the six months preceding the claim.

Where negotiation fails to produce a resolution, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Both parties agree to bear their own costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator rules otherwise.
